Chad Schock​​​​

HELLO,

 

My name is Chad Schock. Throughout my career, I have been involved in many leadership activities and organizations.  I feel a great leader is someone who can delegate tasks while being hardworking, someone who is able to work with a variety of people, and someone who can show compassion in the projects that they lead.  By giving back to the community, I have learned these important qualities while also developing a few extra.  Other personal qualities that I embody are being organized, always having a good attitude, and being self motivated.  One of my favorite motto's is, “Do what you’re doing while you are doing it.”  I try to remember this idea and incorporate it into everything I do.  I feel if I can give as much of myself to a project while I am doing it, then I have contributed to the best of my ability.  Through volunteering and being a leader, I have discovered what makes me who I am today.
