b. Implement strategies and tools related to quality improvement issues in the healthcare setting.
4. Patient Centered Care
a. Illustrate the importance of patient centered care through the development of interprofessional teams, improvement of clinical education and the employment of evidence-based practice to continually improve operations and the quality of care delivered.
5. Leadership
a. Apply knowledge related to the complex aspects of leadership in a healthcare organization, including working in interdisciplinary teams.
b. Employ leadership through innovation, mentorship and reflective practice.
