For me, evaluating individual strengths, weaknesses, and motivation for improvement can structure the work environment to achieve the organization’s goal. Coaching plays a great part in my leadership skills. Coaching can be leading through example and actions. With setting goals and having feedback, this can promote growth within challenging projects. Leadership needs to have a positive and motivating atmosphere that supports each individual and offers guidance. Improvement utilizes learning and change; this will provide and develop new skills. Empowering individuals with critical thinking and problem-solving skills will lead to a positive culture. By creating collaboration and engagement in teamwork, I will motivate and encourage growth within individuals and spread empowerment throughout the organization.
